Pursuing Sustainable Development

Environmental Issues
Our company's main products are designed and developed for video communication, and we do not have production facilities. Our environmental governance is handled according to relevant domestic environmental safety and health regulations.

The company is not in a high energy-consuming industry and does not have facilities that generate significant greenhouse gases. In our office areas, we actively promote energy-saving and carbon reduction activities, implement waste classification and recycling, and encourage the use of eco-friendly utensils and cups to minimise environmental impact.
Social Issues
  1. The company has established "Personnel Regulations" and other management procedures based on labour-related laws and international human rights conventions to protect the legal rights of employees.
  2. Our salary and compensation policies (including wages, leave, and other benefits) are set according to legal requirements, market salary surveys, and individual education and experience standards. We have established a Salary and Compensation Committee to review related policies and clearly define employee compensation ratios in our articles of association, sharing operational performance and results with our colleagues.
  3. The company regularly conducts health checks and has established an Employee Welfare Committee to provide safety and health education for employees to ensure their safety and physical and mental health.
  4. The company holds annual promotion activities to encourage employee development and requires employees to participate in internal or external training relevant to their job content to enhance their professional skills.
  5. The marketing and labelling of our products comply with relevant laws and international standards. Some products are sold directly to general consumers, and we have dedicated after-sales service units for corporate and individual customers to provide consultation and handle complaints.
  6. Our supplier management policy requires suppliers to comply with relevant environmental, occupational safety, and health, or labour rights regulations during evaluations. If a supplier's operations have a significant negative impact on the environment or society, we will require improvements or consider suspending or terminating business dealings.
